Major Pain Racing will cease Championship racing by it's drivers for the upcoming Holiday weeks, announces team C.E.O. and Racing Operations Director Chet Schnitz. The team of drivers will, however, be expected to attend mandatory driver training sessions and are also required to be available for any tuning part and race car repairs as needed.
Lead driver Ace Pain is quoted as saying that, "While this is a shock to our livelihoods and income, we as a team of drivers feel that is will be a welcome break and an opportunity to spend time with our loved ones that we miss out on with our otherwise hectic race schedule." Driver Bexter Dean added with a huge grin that "It's also a great chance to schmooze with the ladies and get totally plastered without racetrack repercussions. I may even get to know the nurses a bit better...". Also commenting is the teams' 4th driver, Mitz Spitzsparkinz. "Vi vill steel vrace in fiendly vraces yas Vi gao vast". Team driver Dudly Didwrong has already boarded his private plane back to his native Canada and could not be reached for further comment.
Mr. Schnitz also commented that while the drivers will be required to attend traing and shop activities as needed, the other team members will still be expected to carry out their daily actions.
